Sabinita Consulting
Facilitation, group processes, and strategic and program planning are quickly becoming key elements in many organizational initiatives. Whether
it is a tribe, a tribal program or an organization that services tribal communities, consensus building and planning are necessities to doing business in the 21st century. Often, however, for tribes, intertribal organizations and those organizations that service tribes, cultural issues and issues related to the tribes political and economic status can confuse an already complex process. Facilitation for tribal people needs to be based in protocols and processes that are culturally appropriate and based in assumptions found in tribal communities.
Specializing in facilitation, group process, and planning, Sabinita Consulting, through its principal, Stephen Wall (Chippewa/Seneca) is able to
provide group facilitation and planning in a manner that is respectful and empowering to tribal communities and culture. Stephen has served as a tribal court judge, a tribal prosecutor, has managed tribal health and
judicial contracts, and has taught at the collegiate level. He has also developed curriculum and has provided training and technical assistance to a number of clients, Federal and tribal.
